幸運8酒店 (Lucky 8 Hotel)

第一次住到有bed bugs的酒店，被咬了至少十幾個包 ，這些蟲子還會附在衣服或者行李上被帶回家。 沒有空調，夏天住的話會非常熱。 前台的女工作人員挺好的，男工作人員態度很冷淡。

倫敦郊區寶藏酒店，印度社區旁的安心之選 來倫敦旅遊，選了這家郊區酒店，體驗超預期！酒店性價比拉滿，價格親民，房間乾淨整潔，設施雖不奢華但夠用，住得舒服又省心。 交通太便利了！不管是乘地鐵、火車還是公交車，站點都離酒店很近，去倫敦市區熱門景點輕鬆直達，完全沒為通勤犯愁，周邊大型超市也有幾家，十多分鐘就到，購物還是很方便。 周邊治安讓我安心，雖説在郊區且基本都是印度鄰居，大家都很友好，相處氛圍特別好，散步時遇到還會熱情打招呼，獨自旅行也沒覺得孤單。 在這兒既能感受倫敦的多元文化，又有實惠又安全的住宿，下次來倫敦還想住！真心推薦給想體驗不同社區氛圍、追求性價比的朋友～

It was good apart from deposit amount which double than booking price

Das gebuchte Zimmer stand nicht zur Verfügung, so wurde ich in ein anderes Zimmer im dritten Stock verfrachtet, mit schweren Koffer ohne Aufzug. Im Eingangsbereich war ein Feuermelder, der die ganze Zeit alle 90 Sekunden laute Geräusche von sich gab, die man bis in den dritten Stock hörte. Als ich dann am nächsten Tag auf meinen Umzug wartete, sagte man mir, ich könnte dem Zimmer bis zum Ende bleiben. Nachts um elf wurde mir auf mysteriöser Weise ein Brief unter der Zimmertür durchgeschoben, dass ich am nächsten Tag zwischen 11 und 12:00 Uhr umziehen müsste, wegen Reparaturarbeiten. Telefonisch spart sich um eine Diskussion um elf an der Rezeption, da ich inzwischen alles ausgepackt hatte. Um 9:30 Uhr kam eine Kolonne von Putzfrauen und wollte meine Sachen umziehen lassen. Ich hatte weder gepackt noch war ich angezogen. Aufgrund dieses ständigen Plan ändern, habe ich zwei volle Tage meines Urlaubs verloren. Da hilft auch nicht das Frühstück, was ich für die letzten drei Tage umsonst bekam. Vor dem zweiten Zimmer, was ich dann ab dem dritten Tag hatte, fing dann in der Nacht direkt nach 2:00 Uhr der Feuermelder im Flur sich anzumelden, im Rhythmus von etwa alle 2 Minuten und sehr laut.

Cleanliness in the room could be better.

It was not bad, the only concern was when I reached Lucky 8, they sent me to another stay's reception. From there they sent me to another building where their digital keys stopped working. I then have to go back and get it refreshed. But it was really OK, not sure how it would be during the winter considering the weather, not sure how the heating will be.

While I was waiting I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel, mainly due to the staff’s unprofessional and bossy behavior. One incident that really stood out was when I politely asked a staff member if I could use the washroom. To my surprise, she flat-out said no and told me to go out to the next street and use the facilities at Costa or Starbucks instead.  I’ve never encountered such dismissive and unhelpful service, especially from a hotel that’s supposed to be in the hospitality industry. Her attitude made me feel unwelcome and embarrassed, as if I was asking for something unreasonable. We were taken to another hotel which they say is affiliated with them, which is a bit further from the metro . Otherwise, the room is very spacious and has got water heater and fridge which is all worth it. Its quite far from central London but definitely comfortable.

One of the reception staff 22 may morning about 8:00am on duty staff (maybe Pakistani) very very rude language use.. Like drank..just I can said very bad. I recommend plz avoid this staff. ..
